    Subway Gumption I used to draw strangers on the subway when I lived in New York. I think it’s a good idea for any artist. It requires the ability to go unnoticed (New Yorkers don’t like when people stare) and a certain amount of gumption. This was sketched much later and mostly from memory. I can’t remember if the guy was actually smoking on the subway. That would take a lot of gumption.
